Women's Snowsports 2-Day Clinic: Mind & Mountain
Ready to feel more confident on the mountain? This two-day clinic for women skiers, riders, and telemark skiers pairs indoor psychological skills training with on-snow technical instruction. This unique format works on both the mental and physical sides of snowsports, so you leave with better technique and the tools to trust it.
Indoors and on snow, Dr. Chrissy Semler leads practical sessions on managing nerves, building confidence, and using focus and self-talk that help when things get challenging. Bromley snow sports staff female instructors help you put those skills to work on snow.
This clinic is a great fit if you want to overcome or manage anxiety while skiing or riding, are coming back from an injury, have lost some confidence, or simply want to enjoy more of the mountain. You will be grouped by ability in a fun, welcoming, supportive environment where every woman belongs.
